The premise of efficiently solving a proposal to maximize small residential units on a 11,300-sf property in the northern area of Miami Beach will not be an obstacle for the result to be this dramatically imposing building. Twenty-four housing units are evenly distributed across three habitable floors, dedicating the ground level to parking spaces and the rooftop to an open pool deck. Given that the destination is a community in constant reform and renovation, this proposal—which combines dramatic greenery on the façade with layers of wood, glass, and wraparound balconies made of steel cables—will be a refreshing and pleasant addition to this community
