In DOCE 36 Breña we accomodated a program that maximizes the expectations our client had, by integrating the idea of unit maximization distributed along a complex geometry the site presented and articulating 2 internal patios while taking maximun advantage of the front vistas over the park, the municipal nursery had created across the street.
