The bungalows at San Antonio beach belonging to Club Regatas Lima have the purpose of expanding the seasonal beach experience to its associates. Said club already provided 100 bungalows located over the Southside of the property coastline. This proposal expands by 100 more over the Northside of the property, but this time we lined them up over a double row , with the one-story high in front and the 2-story high in the back row. Separating the rows we accommodated an artificial lagoon and made sure every single bungalow was provided with ocean views. They have been grouped in 2 bungalows per building per level with 100.00 m2 areas containing 2 bedrooms, social areas and a terrace/bbq. A central chimney provides adequate exit flow of warm interior air and hence ideal ventilation throughout the summer season.
