The project consists of and enclosed multi-use Arena and it is located in the area of the National Sports Village – Videna, at the corner of Del Aire and Aviación avenues, in the district of San Luis, city of Lima. This land has an area of 25,960.00 m2. It will have a capacity for 11,320 spectators comfortably seated. The location and layout of the Arena is comprised of a 4-story building that is set back from the property line, an average of 30.00 ml. from Av. Aviación and 23.40 ml. from Av. Del Aire. On top of this, a structure of metal beams is placed, whose upper part will receive a cover with waterproof membrane reaching a maximum height of 27.00 meters above street level. On the first level of access to the building +/-0.00, two public spaces type plaza are proposed as a result of the curved design of the base. Separated from this public space we propose two new vehicular roads inside the land that allow us to give access and exit to the parking lot for 264 vehicles. The first entrance will also serve for 33 parking units for employees, athletes, referees and artists, we will also access the 30 parking lots for people who are owners and/or guests to the box area. Following this we have the first controlled pedestrian entrance/exit and ticket offices. Separately from this comes the second vehicular entrance by the same Av. Aviación that leads to a space of 201 parking lots whose exit will be by Av. Del Aire through a controlled vehicle pass to access the avenue. Finally, we have the second controlled entrance/exit and ticket offices, it also has green areas and sidewalks that surround the building, which gives quality and warmth to the proposal, and dignifies the perimeter with the inclusion of vegetation. Towards the corner of the land adjacent to the property of the Peruvian Wrestling Federation, and the vehicular entrance to the Peruvian Football Federation, you’ll find the ramp leading to the area located in basement 2 of the building. This ramp serves as the vehicular entrance for athletes, referees, artists, materials, and products needed for various events.
