The geographical location brings us a special interest in proposing a hotel that incorporates, preserves, and highlights the natural existence of a wetland originating from the Bocapan stream. This wetland includes a variety of native plant species and also attracts native wildlife. Our proposal, by incorporating this natural occurrence, opts for a strong ecological approach of preservation and value enhancement, all in harmonious coexistence with the hotel. Similarly, we suggest maintaining the nearly unaltered presence of the 10-meter-high clay hill above the road, as it minimally interferes with the proposed plan. Lastly, by preserving the pristine conditions of the beach, which is extensively sandy against the ocean, our project decisively embraces a holistic, ecological vision with deep respect for the preservation of natural conditions. It respects the enclave, greatly blessed by nature, and solves an ambitious and complex hotel program in a way that fosters harmonious, balanced coexistence while respecting and enhancing its natural potential. The project is a 5-star hotel located in the Zorritos District, on the North coast of Peru. It will feature 346 rooms, a convention center, expansive outdoor amenity areas, 3 pools with distinct and noticeable differences, service areas, a 3-meal restaurant, dining areas, retail spaces, and oceanfront beach villas. In a full capacity scenario, we estimate that the hotel’s facilities can accommodate up to 950 people.
