For House F23, we opted for the articulation of spaces around a large central axis or corridor, whose function—apart from guiding the visitor from one end to the other—is also to provide light and ventilation in a centralized manner. Along this axis, the layout distributes bedrooms, living rooms, and, finally, at the front, opens onto the large social area. Taking advantage of the refreshing summer breeze, large collapsable sliding panels eliminate the imaginary line between the interior and exterior. The house sits naturally on its site, and with its expansive areas of sun and shade, it offers its inhabitants countless possibilities for interaction within it.
