This multifamily condo building is located in an area which is subject of current transformation and whose close vicinity to the coastal walkway and uninterrupted views of the ocean provides an excellent destiny for a new neighborhood. Lima itself is subject of a current transformation, and in such vertical expansion land becomes scarce and the appearance of a new typology of apartments of reduced area where maximum efficiency obtained, will filter and define the buildings which will successfully accommodate new families. Such premise in mind, we laid out a building broken in two blocks, accommodating 8 apartments per level, a parking garage split in 2 levels accommodating 51 cars.
