Our proposal for the apartment building located in the crossing of Ocharan and 28 de Julio avenues in the center of Miraflores, took its location as starter point and over it we proposed an important number of duplex apartments that by taking advantage of its location and views would allow for a quick absorption. Areas dedicated to retail on the first level, and amenities throughout complement the ideal location of this project.
