The following architectural proposal for the comprehensive implementation of two tennis courts at Club Regatas Lima, Chorrillos branch, successfully met the following objectives:

  1. Enhancing the existing facilities by demolishing the current tennis court and creating a new area with two elevated courts positioned in front of the sea, resulting in a unique space.
  2. Introducing new parking spaces by accommodating an additional 64 parking spots alongside the existing ones in this area, thanks to the demolition of the current tennis court and the reorganization of the associated spaces.
  3. Anticipating the club’s growth in the design by maintaining maintenance and concessionaire storage areas beneath the tennis court slabs, structuring them in a way that allows for the future relocation of these spaces and the creation of a passageway underneath, enabling the placement of a greater number of parking spaces.
  4. Proposing an elevated structure that, by reorganizing the sports functions involved, can accommodate other functions like parking and/or services. This approach allows for increased efficiency within the existing and expanded area.
