Clustering a service center by taking full advantage of ever more efficient communications technology, for a corporate leader in Peru, implies a great challenge that takes into account, location, size, phasing out among other factors. Designing it, was a task by no means less complex given that the contact center should reflect such sizing increment in a perfect sequence based a module that collapsed in itself all the major tasks to be performed. Our proposal, additionally, took advantage of the unusual ever present solar radiation in the location and included extensive use of photovoltaic cells to co-generate clean and renewable energy that should strengthen a corporate leader compromise with the environment.
