The change in ownership of Clínica El Golf in 2012 came with a strong commitment to modernize and expand the healthcare network. To achieve this, an extensive phase-based renovation process was chosen. Given that this clinic was relatively low in height and comprised separate buildings, this process proved to be relatively convenient, though not without complexities due to prior zoning non-compliance issues. Areas that underwent remodeling included consulting rooms, maternity wards, operating rooms, patient rooms, and service areas.
