This proposal was our response for a private competition. We proposed a seismic resistant frame on façade that substantially attenuated seismic movement. Additionally we took advantage of the cross frame geometry to incorporate vertical gardens with four story height openings that allowed ?green views? over the vertical levels. 15,500.00 m2 of office space were proposed within the structure and 5 levels of underground parking accommodated over 300 vehicles.
