This 65-room boutique hotel stands on La Encalada Avenue. It opts for a single-sided bay, giving views to all rooms over the avenues that split from the corner of the property. Convention, meeting, restaurant and lobby areas are added in the first 3 floors while 2 basements house 35 parking spaces and service areas. For the facades we opted for an extreme sinuosity based on a transparent TFE polymer. Unbuilt.
